Multicultural Greek Council The Multicultural Greek Council, or MGC, is the governing body for all international fraternities and sororities which do not hold membership in the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC), National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), and National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC).
